description:

SDC32 is a new innovative SMART controller, designed for decorative LED lighting of staircases. This requires installing a monochrome LED strip on each step and installing a digital RGB LED strip alongside the length of the staircase. The product can control the single-colour LED strip on the steps by switching them on one after the other and then switching them off in the same order. The on/off effect depends on the preferred settings. The controller can operate several groups of IC chips. The controlling capacity is up to 960 pixels. It is compatible with the digital strip PN5060DIG.

Digital strip work modes:

  • Color Flow. The controller operates only the digital LED stip by creating a “running” light from one end of the staircase to the other.
  • Color Step. The controller operates only the digital strip that has been installed in a zig-zag scheme. In this mode the number of pixels per step needs to be put in. The dynamic program would make the steps light up one after the other or create the “running” light effect.

 Single-colour strip work modes:

  • White Steps. The controller operates only the monochrome strip by creating a “running” effect, depending on the selected program.

 Combined mode:

  • Step+Flow. In the mode the controller operates the steps with single-colour LED strip and simultaneously moves “running” lights alongside the staircase. The set includes two PIR sensors, a photosensor and extending cables for the PIR sensors. They help achieve full automatization of the lighting, because the controller would only work when the surrounding ambient light is under a certain level or whenever a movement is detected.

The controller’s interface has a PUSH button function which allows its activation after the button is pressed. If the staircase is larger a cascade connection of two controllers could be carried out. The wide diapoason of supply voltage 5-24 V DC permits the use of LED strips from both the standard as well as the professional series. For this type of lighting we recommend the use of LED strips from our professional series.
